yes indeed
You are right, it did turn out nicely. The video filter makes it pretty slick, and the cut between shots was well done.

thanks ^_^
artwork awesome, plot sketchy?
Among other things, I don't understand why Tim chases Tom when Stamper knocked his coffee? Is this a ploy to encourage repeat viewing? If so, it worked. Those square faces are adorable and I could watch them all day.
That's the point of Operation Angry Tim; Tim only goes after Tom! And thanks for liking my style, I'll try to work on plot lines because this was based on all that reverse psycology.
fan-fucking-tastic
Really interesting. I can't say that I'd like to see more like this because I think one is enough. Though I will check out your other stuff now in the hopes that you have some conventional fare as well. If not, maybe in the future.
Did you show this to your family? It might scare them but if they can appreciate art in any form then you should give it a shot.
Best stick movie I've ever seen.
Erm, I showed my older brother, he is quite open minded, generally he didn't get what I was doing but he is supportive in whatever I do. I haven't shown my parents though, their reaction would probably be to laugh at it and say that I'm stupid and funny, generally they don't appreciate art, but it's cool that they are always behind me in whatever I do. Thanks for your kind words though =] I appreciate it.
my god...
I HATE finding out about these things through the grapevine! (If you can call reading The-Swain's reviews a vine.)
Anyway. It was awesome. Love the new/old characters, how you rolled them into one. I did notice a lot of smoking humor, is that because we're putting out a smoking T-shirt or was it coincidence or did you just draw inspiration from that design?
I'm a huge fan of developing characters by pulling back layers at a time. Most of my favorite movies do it in some fashion, and it was really cool to see that in play here as well. Amazing how you're able to give these black-and-white characters personalities with a little voiceover and avoiding complex animation scenes.
Well, that's enough knob-slobbing for one day. See you tomorrow.
dont make me blush you son of a gun
very corny
Nah, I disagree with a lot of the other reviewers. I didn't think you embarassed yourself. I didn't get any "douche chills" by watching it, meaning I didn't feel embarassed for you. I thought it was a little repetetive, and it annoyed me how you looked at the monitor instead of directly into the camera, and it bothers me that you didn't pay more attention to the lip syncing for the first two words of the song -- arguably the most important.
Anyway, I gave you a 10 to balance out all the losers who hated it.
had to turn it off halfway through
The art was cute, the animation was more than acceptable, but the one thing I couldn't stand was not being able to hear the vocals. So I turned it up a little bit and BLAM-O My earbuds explode when the poppy music comes on. Ouch.
And that's why you gave it a 4? :/ That really makes me kinda sad. :(
But I think it is not my fault you couldn't hear the vocals, everyone else seemed to do... I really don't know where you're talking about with poppy music?
Oh well, thanks for your review.
pretty cool...
points off for some small problems like not matching the blacks in the intro text and the big Hominid screen at the end. little details like that make me whimper like a burnt puppy.
cute
I liked this a lot. My favorite part was where the girl was covered in white liquid. But that's just the pervert in me. And I gree with Herano, the music choice was key.
a masterpiece
very mesmerizing. completely entertaining. slightly disturbing.
OH-AAAAA-OH
Awesome. Dancing vegetables and singing stars... what's not to love? I couldn't tear myself away. I'm glad you brought it back to the veggies at the end after the foray into space, I started feeling a little lost.
this used to be my playground...
