meh, controls not working?
love the music and the vibe, but too many controls and i couldn't get my guy to move around no matter what kind of set-up i tried.

interestingly simple
i don't usually play games a second time, but this one i did. very nice, you have some cool effects going on, and the music added a nice vibe. you're right, it's a simple little game but still fun.
awesome game
the first was sorta simple. but still it was fun so I played it over and over again, trying to get a perfect game.
this time, i'm sweating just getting to level 30 (of difficult AND medium), and that's with all the new help from last-minute save items like tacks and glue. excellent game, really.
WOW
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS GAME. very subtle, very stylish.
i can't believe how much work went into this, and wonder how many people will actually notice that the differences change when you play through a second time. is it completely random?
one criticism might be that the art was a little inconsistent at times, like you were dabbling with different styles at times, but thematically it all flowed together nicely. the pond and the bridge scenes were especially beautiful.
this is definitely going as my # 1 fave.
music = best part
i don't know if it was an original creation or not but the music made the game fun.
actually a lot of fun
i can't tell whether it was the cheesiness or the music, but this game was pretty fun to play. i got through 6 levels or so. keep up the good work!
bad controls
Your explanation of the controls is awful. How can you claim "Please try the mouse controls before reviewing" yet not have it default to those if that's the way it should be played? Am I missing something? Shouldn't playability "out of the box" be a concern?
What I meant was, if you can't handle the arrow keys; please try the mouse controls before telling me the controls need to be changed, because both options are there to give the player the choice. It seems I can't even make a simple recommendation without getting a rude response.
The arrow keys are the method that offers the most control and the tightest turns, so that's the default. Otherwise there's a mouse option.
i've beaten this game 5 times already - i'm hooked
you rule, dude. you don't need more levels in this game. this is fantastic.
not good.
Boring, repetitive, only slightly interactive, computer is too easy, not sure if there's an end, and lastly I find it more than a little ironic that something with 2007 in the title is using a graphic style that mimics a monochrome computer display from the 1970s.
It's still better that I could ever do, and if it truly took you only a few minutes then you're a freakin' whiz kid.
Music was also bad.
Keep up the good work?
bug on level 20
good game, I don't think some of the levels are as hard as you think they are. in fact, i was going to give it a bad review until i played level 20, and had such a hard time with it that it redeemed the entire game. and then i hit the bug when finally pushing the x-block along the final path: I held the spacebar while pushing the final block UP along the final path when my player walked right over top of it, leaving me stuck on the other side with no way to win. So that cost you a lot of points. Overall, needed more testing so bah, average game.
this used to be my playground...
