Bob, I have an idea for a feature that could be rather handy.. being able to leave notes/stickies/tag's on users that only you (as in you - the user) can see. It'd be undefined in it's purpose, and rather handy for multiple reasons.
you'll be able to label your PM contacts someday. it was slated for the redesign, but got skipped for timing reasons.
