pink booby header

Man these pink buttons really clash with all the orange still hanging around the layout.

Not that I'm suggesting anyone actually do something about it. Heaven knows what a nightmare THAT would be. Form fields, emoticons, header text, the little search bar magnifying glass. As if we didn't have enough to do already...

I think the banner would look a lot better if those modifications were made. I know my example isn't perfect but it's just the general idea. The orange looks really bad with the pink but if the banner didn't have any orange in it, the whole layout would probably look quite a bit better overall. If it's too much work to make those modifications, I wouldn't even bother. Feel free to reject this idea but in my opinion, I think the banner would look better without those lines of separation.

we're talking about tiny orange graphics and hex codes all over the place if we want to get rid of ALL the orange.

yeah that's crap, considering i never whistle ANYTHING. i asked Tom about it, but it looks like i'll have to pick the programmers' brains to see what i have to do to clear it up.
